Rex Ryan calls Brandon Marshall one of the best WR's in the game....

you're not getting 2 2nd rounders for marshall right now...not with all the off field issues and only 4 tds in a miami uni...but like i said darrelle revis worked the hardest he's worked in 3 years on marshall so if you trade him for some bull **** don't expect this band of average wrs minus marshall to do much

people think its a joke but 109 on revis is huge...he only had 1 on cromartie rest were on revis. 1 was even overturned when it was a catch....marshall is fine we just need a qb. This team quit weeeks ago and it is easy to tell by all the drops by ALL of the receivers.

That will happen when you are targeted 15+ times. I could also care less about yards. You throw to Revis and eventually you get burned. I guess those 2 interceptions didn't matter.

Were you not the one saying Gates should have fought for the last pick by Revis? If not forgive me. But you're contridicting yourself if it is you. Either way if Marshall gets his hands on it he should bring it in. Not every throw is going to be perfect, especially from Matt Moore. Big time WRs make plays, adjust to poorly thrown balls and most of all come up big in the endzone. Revis knocked the first one away, but the second one went right threw his hands and the 3rd one he should have high pointed the ball, he's got to make that adjustment. Cromartie adjusted to the ball better than he did. He's the highest paid receiver, at least the 2nd highest...you get paid to make plays then make plays.

How many drops in the end zone does he have this year? Probably 6 or so this year.

Don't waste your time. Obviously dropped ball stats, not using your 6'5" or whatever frame to your advantage to go up and get balls and dropping td passes left and right are things that Andre Johnson, Calvin Johnson, Roddy White, Larry Fitzgerald, Greg Jennings, Hakeem Nicks, Vincent Jackson, Mike Wallace, et al...all do on a regular basis.

that wasnt a catch

ball hit the floor and he lost it

Well, Roddy White leads the NFL in drops in his career...

He could have made a difference when the game was undecided, he did not. Ok the ball was behind him.... he was off balance and fell out of bounds, and Cromartie pulled the back of his jersey to break up the last one, bottom line sez over 100 yards...not bad, but we all know he had a chance to be a hero and failed. Andre Johnson, Calvin Johnson, and other guys like Hakim Nicks make one or two of those plays and it inspires the whole team, maybe even to have someone else make a play that leads to a W. Our guy does not.

Well Roddy White has more droped pass than Marshall and les everything else.

Marshall has serious mental issues that is spilling over into his game. He acts like a 5 year old on the field when things aren't going his way. I understand you want to be physical but did anyone see him in the beginning of the game literally trying to absolutely steam roll guys by slamming Revis and others into the ground and running over them. I get you want to make a statement but I have NEVER seen top flight wideouts do that ever. Calvin Johnson could do that all day long and he would rather by physical going up for the ball and snatching it away from defenders. There is something off with Marshall, no doubt. He is not an elite wideout in the NFL. Maybe a top 15 but how can you crown a guy that is a piss poor and I mean absolutely PISS POOR route runner that drops td catches left and right.

Maybe he needs to get on some meds or something and hire a shrink and get his life back together where he is fully focused on football. If not, then walk away man. This is NOT the same Marshall that was putting up the 20+ catches in one game and all the stats in Denver. Well the same in the fact that he is not right in the head.
what the **** is wrong with him trying to run over someone. This is football man...

lemme go ahead and say this...i watched b marsh give darrelle revis the best corner in the last decade his best game in the last 3 years with a qb who kept throwing dead ducks up in the air in moore...if you'd really trade b marsh for a 3rd round pick you're nuts...period

the slant route drop as jaworski said that balls behind marshall he reaches for it with all his momentum going forward and the best corner in football period approaching and can't come up with it...then he's got his hand in the air as in throw it out in front and over the top so i can high point it with cromartie on his hip and moore throws a deal quail thats neither out on front or high allowing the db to make a play

go ahead and trade marshall for a pack of gum...these other wrs wouldn't make any plays

if the play with Cromartie is a dead duck shouldn't he had enough time to adjust to the throw?

I'm not trading him for a 3rd round pick, I said if I could get the 2 2nd round picks we gave up for him I would. It's not like there haven't been good receivers taken in the 2nd round or later...Marshall himself was a 4th round pick and if those 2 2nd rounders help us move up to get Luck then even better. Get the QB then build the team around him.

I consider Green Bay as the best WR corp in football and look at their guys. Randall Cobb 2nd rounder, Jordy Nelson 2nd rounder, James Jones 3rd round, Greg Jennings 2nd round and Donald Driver 7th rounder.
