You get a tresspass warrant for just looking at somoneones house the wrong way.

If people get "randomly" selected for pat downs and screenings at the airport, cmon now.

You don't have to be a brain surgeon to figure out Richie, bar manager, and officer on the scene came to a agreement without a arrest. Believe what you want but breaking up a fight, getting punched and acting in self defense doesn't get you tresspassed. Richie is a Martian always has been always will be! You become a millionaire, yet you find yourself in the same type of altercations you got into in college over a decade later you have problems. 1. The warning is for going where he should not have in proximity of the stage and not fighting someone.
2. Nothing happened to the damn bouncer
3. It is a trespassing warning and not warrant. It is essentially saying don't do it again.

Not even close, by purchasing a ticket you have excepted the potiential for screening by a government agency. Care to argue? I am a airline pilot and deal with the TSA daily. Air travel is a privlage not a right and if you wish to participate in that privlage you except it may come with certain sacrifices. That is what the traveling public doesn't understand. Do I like it? No! I can't stand going through security just to go to work, but it happens.

Now as far as a tresspass warrant no they just aren't handed out anymore. Long ago they might have been but no longer. Mainly because of the digital era we live in and the potiential ramifications to someone who had one falsely issued to them. For example certain countries(Canada) will not let you enter with any warrant. I have had more then one crew member detained and denied access to different countries when immigration sees a warrant.

Anyway back to Cog he is in this situation because he refuses to grow up. He indulges in wreck less behavior both on and off the field and it leads to events like this.

A tresspass warning is what Florida Law calls a tresspass warrant Hayden. They are public record so I am sure it is only a matter of time till a news outlet gets their hands on it.
