Probably because he's the best option out there, when it comes to his football ability. Not sure how you get that he's progressively declining. he was ranked top 20 pass protecting guard in 2010, only allowed 1.5 sacks in 2011, less than 4 in 2012. 2013 was just bad for everyone, plus he was playing next to martin, so he had to worry about his crap play. not sure how many sacks he gave up last year. Ok, so he's been declining, but his decline is still a pretty good guard, on the football field.

I didn't thumbs down your post for what you said about Incognito or Martin, but the way you try to paint the woman victim as the villain is the same tactic used by scumbag lawyers that defend rapists.

The unemployed kind. Settlements in civil cases happen every day. But let's flip your question... what kind of man sexually assaults a woman with a golf club and then has to pay out a large sum of cash to make the case go away?

They tossed him out but didn't try to get the help he needed, that's how he ended up in this situation.

No way. Granted, we could use him as a player, although he is replaceable, we be painted as the klu klux phins if we brought him back. Too much baggage to bring him back.
 
Being reported now that Incog wants to play for the Raiders but I think he would take a job with any team at this point.

LOL, zero tolerance makes me laugh, you forget, when he was first signed it was with the understanding that he only had one chance......since then he knocked out a couple of bouncers, broke 1 teammate mentally while trying to break another, sexually assaulted a volunteer at a Dolphin charity event and suspended for 8 games last yr....that's the answer lets give poor misunderstood Richie another chance.....smh

This is just Ridiculous......If RB had a history of beating women then you would have a point, lets see what happens before we say he got away with no punishment and Suh is not a racist he is an asshole, just like Richie.....
 
Richie has a better chance of finding a UFO on his backyard than of ever playing for the Dolphins again.
