RIP Pat Devlin should start thread

No dice with me, but since this preseason looks to be a sh%tshow anyway, I wouldnt mind seeing him have a series against the ones to see how he deals will defensive having a free run at him. Im not trying to diss the guy but C'Mon Man.

The answer at quaterback is PAT DEVLIN. He was clearly the best quaterback last night. He is the real deal: he has the poise, confidence, accuracy, intellegence, and is still improving, andl has "IT," he has the magic. In the last two games, he drove the team down to the goal line on his last 3 possessions (and he has only played 4 possessions this preseason). He moves the ball easily with completion after completion, ball perfectly placed, and clearly gives us the best chance to win.

I know all you media bandwagon followers aren't going to see it, but Philpin, you need to keep watching, this guy runs your offense perfectly, did you mean it when you said "the guy who gives us the best chance to win will play?"

You have got to be kidding right........that's pure CRAZY talk.......DEVLIN's arm is SO weak, he is a backup QB period.....maybe

Do you HATERS realize he IS a Dolphin. Let the man who plays best PLAY! We're on the same side here!!!

Let it play out. Let's give him a chance to play before you trash him. We can't talk about Devlin's college resume, Tannehill's 1st round status, Moore's undrafted status, Garrard's unsuccessful status, but let's see what happens on the field. We got two weeks of preseason left, let the games decide who gives us the best chance to win.

the 4th game of the preseason is a game to select your starters? :ponder:

If Amy Winehouse was still alive, she'd put you in rehab. Drop the pipe and step away.

Did you guys watch the game last night or were you at mcDonalds? How about last week? You probably think so highly of Tannehill because he was drafted in the first round, even though he was not a winning qb in college. Devlin has far more experience than him, and was a more prolific passer in college than Tannehill (or Moore or Garrard). You were the ones talking s#!# about Pennington and acclaiming Henne, while some of you really like what Moore did for us last year winning 6 of 12 (and saying 6 of 9). Just watch with your eyes and you will see. Just watch next week...it will all play out in the long run. Don't get me wrong, I'm alright with Tannehill starting, and when he goes down Devlin can take over and never look back, and you guys can say that you knew it all along.

Devlin won't even be sniffing the field next week. Tannehill and Moore will be only QB's playing deservable so.

imo bro i see where your coming from because Devlin was on that show where they measure all of there abilitys and he was more accurate than anybody that has ever cane through there or that was ever on that show he has very good arm strength and the most accurate passer to come through there here is the link if you guys want to check it out for the ones that havent seen it yet http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EOBxUdi3glQ

If Delvin plays good next week, and Moore and Tannehill struggle again; you have at least move him up to the number 2 spot.

..... and u should stop, Posting that is .......forever

Devlin went 11 of 13 at one point (with one drop by Messam) . Then Thigpen dropped one, and Hogan missed one, then Thigpen ran the wrong route, and he threw another away to avoid a sack. Could have easily finished 17 for 20, but that still wouldn't mean anything to some of you. Most of you are knocking Devlin for no reason other than everyone else is. The fact is that if Moore played as well as Devlin did, then you would probably be saying that Moore should be the starter. And if Tannehill played as well as Devlin, then you would say that we found our quarterback.
