I feel like we have a very similar offensive unit to cleveland. Maybe he would be able to make Wallace even a semblance of Flash Gordon, and work his TE magic with Clay
 
I always liked Norv. The guy knows his offense. I love how he emphasizes the run and loves the play action deep ball.

Kubiak would be fine with me as well.

I dont want Chud. He recently was with the U, which of course means he cant be good.

Not Norv! C'mon, not another NFL relic. Let's get a young dynamic , inventive OC in here, please!
 
Dolphins still have an OC. Easy there people. We'll be getting a steady dose of ''continuity is key'' this offseason...
 
Norv is a terrible head coach, but a very good coordinator. I'd be ok with Norv or Chud. Kubiak is the guy I've been talking up for a few months but I think he probably does need a year off.
 
You see the other Chud thread,basically identical to this one started 4 hrs ago? Good place to start

Unfortunately, continuity in this case directly means mediocrity and predictability.

My first choice is Gary Kubiak and my second choice is Norv Turner.

My third choice is not Chud, even though I don't think he was the problem in Cleveland.
