Uncle Fester Philbin just seems like a deer in the headlights and just as bland as our offense. I don't think we need another fist pumper like Tony Sparano or a cheerleader like Pete Carroll but we shouldn't have a guy who just stands there like a statue. Where is the enthusiasm among our coaches or players. They seem happy to be bland and mediocre. Just the opposite of Don Shula.
