The guy just tries to catch the ball with his body instead of his hands. If he had a QB throwing the ball accuratly to him he wouldnt be dropping it.
After reading your post - I doubt it.Jnaledu3 said:Maybe someone can help me
This is your premise! The rest of your post indicates otherwise.Jnaledu3 said:I know fiedler throws some crappy passes at this guy
I think you need to fire up that VCR and if you need a calculater, fine. These are spin numbers - not fact!Jnaledu3 said:he has about 3 or 4 dropped passes in almost every game.
Ha. Ha. This statement just illustrates the validity (namely lack of it) of your whole post.Jnaledu3 said:I think i saw him run straight to the bench after the ball was snapped to take a drink instead of helping block.
I've had the opportunity to shake Rob's hand at least a dozen times and couldn't disagree more. Maybe he took one look at you and was afraid to do damage!Phin-o-rama said:plus he shook hands like a girl
First we need a GM and coaching staff.CCMiamiDolphins said:We need a blocking FB not a receiving one

And can Donald Lee hold on to the ball for at least 1 game?
That should have told you something.NJFINSFAN1 said:I said this a few weeks ago and almost got my head taken off here.

No he doesn't buddy. Anyway back to topic. Konrad doesn't suck. He is a good FB. He just had a bad day yesterday. I guess this is what happen when a team like the Miami Dolphins suck. Miserable fans begin to critisize players.FinsNYanksFan13 said:yeah Konrad sucks, even in Madden 2005 lmao!
I was there, but with my son.chevysales said:no
and if he doesn't fumble he surely will get a false start.
btw, i believe it was you and your wife i met at entrance to gate a last nite?
Not sure what your point is - but if you want to talk about the Jimmy Johnson/Kippy Brown era when Rob was drafted - fine, though it has little relevance to todays situation. Also if you want to be credible in your dialog about Rob, you should learn how to spell his name.twanderer said:Wasn't that part of the reason we drafted conrad to begin with. Thought he was this great pass catching fullback.
This makes no sense. If the ball is hitting him in his body and he is trying to catch it, how much more accurate can you throw it?Ferretsquig said:The guy just tries to catch the ball with his body instead of his hands. If he had a QB throwing the ball accuratly to him he wouldnt be dropping it.
Off the top of my head I would take these Fullbacks before Konraddakota said:That should have told you something.

When you go out on a limb with these types of criticizms - it is better to use facts that can be verified on game tapes as opposed to broad and unsubstantiated statements like - "he is the worst --------". Rob did not have a good day yesterday, but he didn't drop a pass that was "in the numbers" and his blocking was quite good. We are all unhappy with the state of affairs of the Dolphins so perhaps things are posted in frustration, as opposed to stating the facts objectively.
I was at the game, and I taped it and have watched it twice. I focus on five specific players that I follow closely, Rob is one.
If you have specific comments about specific plays, please post them. I have all the game tapes for the past 6 years and would be happy to respond. I may be in the minority in trying to be objective about my analysis, as opposed to spouting off emotional outbursts based on preconceived biases, but that is my crusade.
My challenge to you, should you decide to take it, is - Be specific, provide documented details, and engage in dialog at that level.
Should you choose not to undertake this challenge, then be forevermore deemed as one whose opinions are of little worth.
PS - Jnaledu3 - I welcome you also to this challenge to see if you have something sustantial to back up your comments and will respond to factual rebutal.

When I see an illogical post like this, and I see your age, the only conclusion I can draw is that Rob stole your girl friend last year or you are an alum of one of the colleges he played against while at Syracuse, and you use this forum to blast him knowing that you are hidden in cyberspace with no problems of retribution. A true Dolphins fan would find much more significant issues to spend their time posting on this forum with regard to the Fin's performance!

Richardson- Cheifs
Sowell- Jets
Neal- Chargers
Krieder- Steelers (a monster blocker)
Alstott- Buccs (I know he is hurt)
Cooley- Redskins
Griffth (something like that)- Falcons
Henderson- Packers
Hoover- Panthers
Strong-Seahawks
Schlosinger- Lions
And in fact I would take Rutgers FB Brian Leonard ahead of Konrad right now. Konrad has not played well going on two years now. Maybe he is not used right, but the guy needs to step up his game!
