Rams deal with Saffold should be done in about an hour to return to Rams after Oakland announces his failed phyaical.

After a disagreement in Oakland on Rodger Saffold's physical condition, he is returning to St. Louis to sign a five-year contract with the Rams, his agents Alan Herman and Jared Fox said Wednesday night.

So the Rams get back an offensive lineman and the Raiders are back to square one at left tackle.

Herman and Fox said there was a strong disagreement on Saffold's physical condition. The Raiders had concerns about his shoulder; the Rams had "no concerns whatsoever" about his shoulder.

Herman and Fox contacted their doctors, Dr. Frank Cordasco at the Hospital For Special Surgery in New York, who studied Saffold's MRIs. His review indicated nothing was wrong with Saffold's shoulder.

Holy ****. Im sorry for their fans, that franchise is just ridiculous. Maybe there is something wrong with Saffold, maybe the majority of the people are getting it wrong and Oakland knows something others dont, but if i had to bet on the reasons for this id put my money on their doctors being so incompetent they cant read a ****ing MRI. :sidelol:

Rodger Saffold is a sack of injuries. I wouldn't touch him with a 10 foot pole. A lot of you guys on here who want to bring him in are living proof of how low your standards have become for this team. I am sure you were all Jeff Ireland fans too. The Oakland Raiders did not want to sign their own young talented LT and watched him march off to Arizona. They agreed to terms with an injury-prone player only to find out he can't hold up physically. And now guess what? They are now in the market for a LT. Now, you guys want the Dolphins to do the same thing. Very intelligent.
