they just mentioned Ronnie signing and showed some video of him practicing. It was pretty quick, of course. They said " interesting Ricky Williams runs for 39 yards on 6 carries and Ronnie deciedes " I need to get into camp""

That is the key... can be. He is not yet. At least until he proves it on the NFL level.arsenal said:talent wise, who knows really... ronnie (if you go by 40s) is faster and bigger and better hands, but ricky has that vision... we will see, yes ricky is proven, but i thikn ronnie can be an even better back

I think "tool" wise he definitely should have been drafted before Caddy. But Caddy has those intangiables and reminds me of a cross between Emmit Smith and Warrick Dunn, with his vision. Ronnie just doesn't do it for me. Time will tell but Braylon Edwards may make sense in the long run. I think a hasty decision on Ricky's future won't be made soon and that he'll be here at least this season. Watching Ricky work with our line, he creates, Caddy created at Auburn, Ronnie never did that, he ran people over. In the NFL you don't run people over, ask Greg Jones.
