ronnie = what starting rb

I like the Ahman Green comparison he's a load with good hands more of a north south runner with blazeing speed (for a rb).
 
Fred Taylor. Same exact size, similar pass-catching skills, similar bruising running style, similar speed. Taylor may have a tougher mentality though.

mentally tough is ALL the tough taylor is... that boy is injured every season with one thing or another, he could have been really really good... i remember he destroyed us in marino's last game as a fin, and it was like taylors second year. it has been downhill for him since then.. as far as his abilities, i agree they are similar, but i still think the ahman green comparison is the closest... i would agree with the LT comp. but i just cant dub him as being that good yet until i see him play.
 
Ahman Green has a very fluid running style, similar to Jerry Rice and Randy Moss. Fred Taylor has more of Ronnie Brown's bruising style, similar to Jim Brown. Plus, Green weighs 15 pounds less than Ronnie Brown.

I like the comparisons to Fred Taylor, an excellent football player.

I just hope Brown is more durable than Taylor.

Now that's the first comparison I've seen that makes some sense. Ronnie is faster and more athletic than Chris Brown but overall I see the similarities in running style. Fred Taylor and Tomlinson have instincts and quick lateral moves that Brown doesn't threaten. Deuce runs more upright but is also more decisive and instinctive than Ronnie.
 
I called Sirious radio and asked Dan Reeves and he said Ronnie best compared to Priest Holmes with his running style.

I don't see that. I hardly ever see priest run over somebody.
 
the eddie george comparisons scare me a little. that's like comparing michael vick to tim couch.
