Rookies of the year

On the Phins I only see Daniels and Roth being possibilities. Both have a shot at starting so we will see.

Ronnie most likely will be splitting carries.

Offense- Cedric Benson
Defense- Derrick Johnson

Some guy from a show on sirius satalite radio came on NFL total access one time and said that here are the posible rookies of the year.

O:JJ Arrington-arizona
Darrayl Blackstock-Arizona

My rookies of the year are

O:Ronnie brown (depending on oline)or heath miller
D:Channing Crowder

Sorry, Crowder is a homer pick. There are so many more defensive rookies that will get much more playing time...look to a guy like Antrel Rolle in Arizona.

Gotta go eithe Edwards or Mike Wiliams for ROC O. WR's just have amuchbetter chance at making a rookie impact. D rookie of the year, I would look at Johnson and a sleeper might be david pollack.

If healthy Crowder will definitely start and if he stays healthy he will have an impact. I think he has a definite shot at Defensive Rookie of the year although the safer bet would be Marcus Spears or Derrick Johnson. Saying Crowder will start is not simply a homer pick. Anybody who watched the kid play knows he's the real deal when healthy

You don't know that for sure. Last time i checked there is only two LB's that are granted a starting job and that is ZT and Seau. We could be looking at a 3 way battle at the other LB spot with Moore, Spragan and Crowder.

Except that Crowder is a MLB and is currently slated as Zach's backup so far while the rest of the LB's are fighting for that SLB spot. I believe they see Crowder right now as helping to reduce Zach's workload (I think Zach's snaps will go down a fair bit this year) and probably figure into the mix in the 3-4. Spragan so far looks to have the inside shot at the SLB spot with Moore et al challenging.

That Arizona RB is a good choice. He doesn't really have much competition there.

Crowder has more natural talent than either Spragan or Moore. Saban is going to have the 3 or 4 best linebackers on the field starting. The only thing that will keep Crowder off the field is if he can't pick up the defensive schemes or if he sustains an injury that keeps him out

I think Carnell Williams has a great chance because he has the best chance of the big 3 to take a dominant starting role.

Ricky and Ronnie will likely split carries, as will Thomas Jones and Cedric Benson while I think Alex Smith will struggle early.

I've said all along that J.J. Arrington will be the tolken "early 2nd round steal RB". I spot one of these out every year. Notable recentcies include Clinton Portis and Julius Jones.

either way its homerish:goof:, i think brown has a very reasonible shot at rookie of the year but for defense it most likely will not be a fin my friend, i think on defense it could be pollack, johnson, pac man or even merriman are all posibilities

demarcus ware on defence or antrel role on offense ronnie or caddy

I think that Clinton Portis falls into that Denver Broncos produced, super running back. I think he's without a doubt a good running back, but he greatly benefited from the Denver O-line, who could make my grandmother into a 1,000 yard rusher.
