I am the late guy. YES! Well then...Ross does indeed have a backbone!! Oh man! This delayed heads-up is making me do the fist pump thing. I feel foolish for not reading the paper yesterday, but the good vibes I am feeling now have erased my clueless blunder. I will sleep soundly tonight knowing that both those turkeys are history.

Firing the ball boy should of happened yrs ago. All the scouts should be fired as well philbin coyle everyone. I'll would give the gm job to gamble. He will load this team with talent in 2 to 4 yrs.

It's how all of those guys with money do it.

They lack backbone, are gutless, and have NO idea how to run a business.

Philbin may get one more year under the new GM we will have to wait and see.. possible scenarios here are:



1: The New GM will only come on board if Philbin goes - so he does

2: Ross tells the new GM he has to work with Philbin for at least the next season and if they miss the playoffs he can fire him and bring in his guy

3: The 'report' comes out and Philbin is fired anyway.

4: GM hired within the organisation (Gaines) and so Philbin gets another year or 2 ..



Whatever happens Miami and it's fans should prob not expact anything but a rocky year ahead in 2014 and then depending on the new HC a rocky 2015 with potential being realised hopefully in 2016
 
How can no one talks about the STs coach? He need to be fire too
