Owners around the league are taking swift action to show their fans they don't accept failure.

Schiano and Dominik were just fired by Tampa Bay after turning it around after an awful start, yet Ireland and Philbin are still here after an awful collapse after a promising start?

Chud canned for going backwards in Cleveland. Skins, Texans and Vikings all make statements that failure won't be accepted.

Where is Ross? Having tea with Philbin... Letting these clowns get in his ear AGAIN to accept their failure of a product.

If no significant changes are made by the New Year, Ross should just fold his hand and get out of he NFL biz. Unfortunately for us, he won't...

You can't can coaches so quickly that it makes the coaches you want reluctant to take the job with you. There's a balance there.

I'm one for Firing, But you gotta wait atleast until the end of the week. No need to be rash at this point!

The only balance I'm looking for is how to hold all the severance packages I'm dishing out with only two hands.

Schiano came in same time Philbin did.

2 years is becoming standard in the NFL... Show something, ANYTHING, during that time span or GTFO.

7-9 to 8-8. That isn't improvement, that is stagnation!

Has Ross made any decision as owner that was above mediocre? I can't think of any. None.

I hear that Ireland really loves how much fudge Ross packs into his brownies and tea time.

I don't find the situations similar. Schiano is gone b/c none of the players like his style. Shanahan is gone b/c he was 24-40 (or close) in 4 years that included insulting the Golden Boy Griffin, Leslie Frazier is gone because Minnesota is inept and the Browns? Have they won more than 6 games in a season in 100 years?

I live in Tampa Schoano turned fans off they were leaving in droves

Why do I have a horrible feeling about what's gonna happen or should I say what's not gonna happen.

Get ready for nothing but hard talk about what must happen next year. I'd be shocked if anything besides Sherman leaving happens. It's infuriating.

I don't see big changes either, but there are some upgrades over Sherman available already

Until the fans speak their minds by not showing up, nothing will change. Even though the stadium appeared to be empty half of the games, it actually was not. This year we finished at 21st in the league for attendance. New England was 17th and they are 11-5 with a ridiculous amount of playoff appearances and super bowls in the last decade or so. Dolphins on the other hand missed the playoffs 5 straight times and are only 4 spots behind NEP.

Miami was also ranked at 16th for most valuable Teams in the NFL. So it could be way worse, but I'm sure Ross is pretty happy taking home 24 million a year from the Dolphins, not to mention all his other Real State ventures.
