yeah, that "we" means he is married to Ireland and joe. We're facked.
 
Talk is cheap. The bottom line is the only thing that will make Ross make any changes will be money. If firings sell season tickets then it's done. Otherwise expect the same old crap.
 
Have some balls Ross. They're blowing millions of dollars of your money on stupidity and a losing culture. FIRE THEM.
 
I know I am not the only one. The guy Ross should go after for HC/OC should be Jay Gruden. I am confident he would be able to get the most out of the guys we have on offense. Sherman blows chunks!

Ross had said that he wanted to see improvement. Is one game improvement, with all that took place? Maybe.

However, when games counted the last two weeks, the team was as bad as bad can be, and was no where near ready to play. Was it all on the coaches, wrong players or a combo? That is his choice to make.

For me, as much as I hate to start over AGAIN, I do not see a better option. IMO, players played harder for Sparano than Philbin. I rest my case.

I honestly didn't see a better football team this year. Well, a little bit, but not much.
 
I hope the "We" does not include Jeff Ireland, Mike Sherman, Joe Philbin.
