Ross: "We're going to look at everything."

A playoff appearance would have done real good for season ticket sales, these two losses will do some more damage.

Exactly. That's what all leaders should do when their business underperforms. This business failure is totally on him because he's the leader. Two years ago I had my worst year in business, looked in the mirror and instead of continuing to blame my employees I blamed myself. The result? I fired almost everyone and had my best year in 2013. I'm certain that Ross will do a lot of self-evaluation and hope he will come to the conclusion that he should do what I did and fire all of them.
 
I agree Ross lack of football acumen is a huge problem. He's the first line of talent evaluation and he sucks. You'd someone could break down Ireland's failures on an analytical basis just like a business report that he could understand. I mean, he didnt get here by being bad at business.

Ross should already know what he is going to do based upon the teams performance the past 2 weeks.

Why does he have to look at everything?

Ross *****footed around before with Sparano and where did it get him? Ross, stop the *****footing, just make any changes you must already know need to be made Monday morning and get on with it.

You are right, he didn't just get dumb about business. Being successful in business requires that you have good people around you and he does. It's been widely reported that he has been seeking out counsel from numerous people in the know. If you think about it, Ireland has to be toast now. Besides the year end collapse, the Incognito thing and the disaster that was the 2013 draft and free agency all point to Ireland's demise. Once he is gone then Ross will have to hire an experienced GM. No experienced GM would put his career on the line by having to take Philbin. He would want his own choice for coach. That eliminates Philbin. With Philbin gone then his staff is gone. That's how I think it will all play out. I feel this way because Ross tried bolting on pieces and look what we got--the 2013 season.
 
I think now that that our season has come to such an embarrassing end, the wheels are going to finally fall off this regime and Ross will have no choice than to clean the crap up.

This is true. I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt for now. But even the comment is a message to everyone.

I sincerely hope you are right but my gut says you are setting yourself up for a big letdown.

This Team has plenty of Talent , but its like the lil boy ,with a naked women , has it but dont know what to do with it, thats our coaching staff , dont know how to get our players motivated , either.
