Rotoword Free Agents Remaining as of 3/20/14

Careful brother John, she is a "sister", but the thanks still applies either way!

Looking at that list it seems we overpaid about 10 mil for corn. The rest of the best stalks in the crop got around 10 mil less with their 5 year deals.

It's not often that I agree with you WV, but in this case I do. Maybe we overpaid by $12M. The thing that gets me is that we paid the most and got the oldest and most injury prone of 4 guys, none of whom went to destination teams or cities. We chose to way overpay someone who literally lived in our city. Bit of a head scratcher. Oh well, if he stays healthy it will still be a positive move, even if we coulda/woulda/shoulda had Monroe or Veldheer for cheaper.

Some intriguing names on the list...but Im guessing several of these guys will wait until after the draft to sign.

What's wrong with Charles Brown?

lol... true dat. But I don't mind. Honey, bro, brah, sister, whatever you want.

;)
My apologies sis.

Give me Moreno Wade Smith and Owen Daniels.i would think all 3 should come fairly cheap

What's wrong with Charles Brown?

Graded out worse than Jon Martin or Tyson Clabo last year. But he is young and might be a cheap option as a swing tackle (he's played both RT and LT as a starter), and a fallback if the tackle we draft falls on his face. I'd like for us to sign one more veteran tackle. I think Garner and Brenner are adequate backups if draft picks don't cut the mustard at guard, but I don't think Garner can handle tackle for any length of time, so we need more insurance there. IMHO Brown or Jason Fox would both make good, young swing tackle prospects for the Fins.

For right tackle we should be calling Ryan Harris and Eric Winston for sure. I don't know why we haven't yet.... RB Andre Brown would fit pretty well here, big back. We can draft a late round guy.

Ryan Harris is a back up and simply physically weak player. Eric Winston…I like him, but they have been down this road before only to not sign him.

The starting tackle for next year is on a college campus right now.

I'll take Mckinnie back and Blount, cut Daniel Thomas' useless ass, draft Zach Martin and a back (hopefully Tre Maison in rd 2) in May.

Eric Winston was one of the least effective tackles in the league last year. He is not an option as a starter, and isn't a good one as a backup.

Keep in mind will still have ......Will Yeatman (RFA), OT, Dolphins. Age: 26.

not many to choose OTs to choose from
Ryan Harris , Eric Winston or resign Tyson Clabo

Davin Joseph, G, Buccaneers. Age: 30 or Daryn Colledge, G, Cardinals. Age: 32.

RB sign Knowshon Moreno, RB, Broncos. Age: 27

I think we will look in the draft RD 1 Zack Martin, OT, or David Yankey, G/OT or Eric Ebron, TE
RD 2 Carlos Hyde, RB, Bishop Sankey, RB or Tre Mason RB
RD 3 Gabe Jackson G , Ahmad Dixon, S, Cyrus Kouandjio, OT
