I like Shazier & would be happy with this pick IF that is who Hickey chooses. So READY for the draft to be here.

"Shazier has been a late riser after running a 4.37 forty at the Buckeyes' Pro Day, and recording mind-bogglingly explosive jumps of 42" in the vertical and 10-foot-10 in the broad. The Fins have been searching for linebacker help since whiffing on D'Qwell Jackson in free agency. Shazier could play either middle or weak-side 'backer in Miami, with Philip Wheeler losing his starting job."

Best part of that whole statement. ..."with Phillip Wheeler losing his starting job."

I really don't think he is the guy

Yeah....

Rule of thumb.

Any name dropped night before the draft will not be drafted.

I'm way late to the party on him....he looks fast, looks like an excellent pass rusher, but how is he against the run and pass? You know....actual linebacker skills?

I would love this pick. His athletic ability is off the charts, and once he gets some more experience reading defenses, he will only get better. I like this idea way better than trading up for a tackle. It is a really deep draft- might as well draft a tackle in the 2nd or 3rd round, and get Wheeler the hell out of the starting lineup.

The more I hear about this guy the more I like him.

Everything can't be a smokescreen lol
Think again.

"Well, there's less than a week to go before the 2014 NFL Draft. Don't let clubs lead you to believe they aren't using the time to set up their final draft strategies.

This is smokescreen season.

General managers and coaches will tell the media and fans things like "We are taking calls about trading up and down," and "our draft board is set and we are ready to go."

There are the standard late rumors about risers and fallers. In the end, excited fans, a word of caution -- little of that information is valid. What still has value is more film study and less listening to propaganda."

who is doing the reporting?
my guess is a bunch of politicians.
feeding us a bunch of ****t
