RUMOR: Developing Story: Matt Moore on the Trade Block !!!!!!!!!!!!

Not that this story is credible, but it certainly seems possible he gets traded.

If Moore is traded, I hope he goes somewhere that he has an opportunity to start.

As I understand it, the Raiders are having QB issues. Could Hickey fleece them like JI did to move up and get Dion J?

How about we trade Tannehill instead and start Matt Moore.

If the plan was to showcase him for maximum value, I think they did a good job. Everybody wanted a conditional late round pick a couple days ago, what do you want now?

He's worth a helluva lot more to us than a late round pick no matter what he would or wouldn't bring on the open market. Equating his value to us vs. "well he'd only fetch a late rounder" is being myopic. As I don't think we'd get a 2nd or 3rd for him.... I'd only consider trading him for a potential starting up and coming RG, LB, or RB - or not at all!

Something along the lines of Moore, Wheeler and a 3rd for Cushing might work for me.

Yuck. Although Cushing is a beast, has he ever not ended a season in IR? That's what juice does to you. Turns people into glass, Gronkowski style

I wonder if Moore is actually still thinking about starting or feels he has a pretty good gig here.

There are worse fates than getting paid $5mm to sit on a bench in South Florida. From 2012-2014, he will have made $10mm. If the dude has invested wisely, he's set for life, no matter what occurs.

Snooty , Team MVP means nothing in reality.
Maybe be one the most clueless items ever posted on FH. In truth it means more than about any award that can be given. To the players all they care about is how players on their team look at them. The other awards given to players by media members or even players from other teams mean next to nothing compared to team MPV. The idea that team MPV doesn't mean anything is just flat out WRONG!!!!

just playing devil's advocate here(as usual) but being team MVP on a 6-10 team doesn't sound very illustrious

Is there someone in the next draft you are trying to suck for?

No. We missed that boat a couple of years ago.

Last year there were a few good QBs that we did not have to suck to be able to draft.

This year I have yet to see a QB emerge that is draft worthy. All of the QBs being built up so far are terrible(Winston, Hundley etc)
