just playing devil's advocate here(as usual) but being team MVP on a 6-10 team doesn't sound very illustrious

They were not 6-10 because of Matt Moore. Henne started that season. I believe they were 6-5 with Moore at the controls and 6-3 over the last 9 games.

That was a mockery of a QB competition that was orchestrated to give the guy(s) they wanted to succeed the best chance to succeed.

Moore relieved Henne in the first quarter of game 4 against San Diego. If you count that game(it was 0-0) the Dolphins went 6-7 with Moore at QB. Also, none of the wins came against a team that ended up with a winning record

It's hard to argue with them when they want to use booger eater math. It's like a shell game with numbers.

It's pretty clear how Moore was capable of performing once he got acclimated with the starting unit. Hence that strong finish to the season, which pissed some of the Suck for Luck guys off pretty hard. LOL

Let's put it this way, Moore comes off being the team MVP in 2011 and having the respect of the locker room ..... only to have to watch the new regime not only draft Sherman's guy, but they go and rub salt his eyes by scraping Garrard off the heap and automatically give him reps with the 1's.

The whole thing was a damn joke. It should've been Moore and Tanny splitting reps. Garrard was a complete waste of time and space, but new regimes always pull that locker room politics crap.

Maybe be one the most clueless items ever posted on FH. In truth it means more than about any award that can be given. To the players all they care about is how players on their team look at them. The other awards given to players by media members or even players from other teams mean next to nothing compared to team MPV. The idea that team MPV doesn't mean anything is just flat out WRONG!!!!

If Tanny wins it, it's all but certain you'll find dlockz and these other Moore detractors praising him for it.
