This is typical speculation BS.
If the sticking point was Orton's contract then nothing will have changed unless he all of a sudden decides to completely rewrite it.
I simply cannot see Ross agreeing to do this he is not that dumb.

This would be a classic Rick Spielman type move that would start taxing the new regime with the old ones desparation
