Saban's Rating Through Day 1

I'll give Saban a B+.

You don't get an a or A+ yet because non of these jokers have played a down yet.

You got alot of potential on the first day.

losers.

B plus on day 1...addressed need at RB, got help for the future and even back-ups for next year on defense.Crowder's injuries do worry me, but a good chance pick in the 3rd for someone who is an awesome player, IF he can stayt away from the injuries.

I think Day 2 needs to take some shots at some more O-line help and maybe some secondary help for down the road, if anyone is there.

And what did the Bills get?

Btw, name calling won't get you far here.

For First day picks I'd give Saban an A. I mentioned in an earlier thread that we will see this word applied to each of Saban's picks, Versatility. All of the day 1 picks are players that give off a contagious aura of competitiveness and desire on every play. They are explosive players at whatever job their coach gives them. They are consistent and must be accounted for by the opposition.

someone elses opinion could be that your opinion is wrong.

A-. Brown and maybe Roth were good picks though it would've been nice to see if they could trade down or get Rodgers. Crowder's too much of a gamble IMO. Still needs to draft a QB, OL, DT, S, and WR. If he fills the QB spot with McPherson and WR with Craig Bragg, I'll give em an A. If he gets Ben Emanuel as an undrafted FA S, I'll give him an A+ (sorry for being a UCLA homer).

And Roth and Crowder are great if you ever play in a bar....or outside one. LOL.

There's a difference of being "wrong" or "disagreeing" we obviously disagree on the subject, but you cant say IM WRONG for what I believe, u just disagree.

LOL but who cares! the thread is about Saban and the picks, not who's right or wrong, if everyone said that about everyone's opinion we wouldnt get anywhere, so lets leave it at that.

hopefully......

I'd say a B+ is fair. "A" range would have been trading down....even if to take whatever deal Cleaveand was offering to get an extra 3rd rounder or so (i'm assuming Saban wanted a 2nd) as they wanted Edwards and we took Brown anyways.

B-I still think he should have picked Barnes in the 2nd Round, Hes a mean tough LEft Tackle and we need an upgrade in that postition on our team.
CHubbs

Hey Loserman, explain two (2) things.

1. Who exactly did you pick up again?
2. Is you're team so pitiful that you have to come hang out with the good team to get a point across?

I give Saban a low A. We still need to address the o-line. Plenty of QB still available, but not O-liners
