i dont think sage is a step down from henne AT ALL. at least he wasnt when he was younger. i agree with your point, but in the NFL when many franchises predetermine their starter and the 2nd string guy doesnt even take a single snap under center with the first team all season, its pretty difficult to get a shot. a couple years ago he was brought in to be the starter in Minnesota, and then they bring in Favre and there goes that opportunity. Minnesota brought him in, and THEN they buried him on the bench with no chance to ever get off the pine. he never got a fair shot here in miami either
 
ya okay.. the guy hasn't thrown a football in years and is nursing an illness. once moore is down it'll be a debate whether we should send Rosenfels or Carpenter at QB.
 
Sage is gonna be running for his life - Jake should also be placed on IR soon - either way we will continue to sputter on O

Totally agree the jetson will send the house to kill Moore if we continue getting sack like crazy....then bring your backup long long long way to go but hopefully will get us great players next year with new hc

The second coming of Dan Marino himself couldn't guarantee 4 wins, not with this defense and this coaching staff.
 
Can somebody tell me what the **** is wrong with Pat Devlin? Is he ****ed up so bad that he can not start for a franchise that is 0-4, changing the coach, QB and posibly the GM, he can not even play under those conditions?

He made the Giants roster. They put him on IR because of the FREAK blood disease he caught, because they did not want to have to wait for him to get back and did not know how long it was going to take. They actually liked sage a lot.
