I wish I was a multi-billionaire and could buy the franchise, because I would change the culture from day 1. My introductory speech to the fans and media would address the fact that changing the losing, rotten culture that's been established that losing is acceptable- this bull**** mindset that's infected this franchise for the last 15 or so years- would be my #1 priority. The losing won't stop until a culture change takes place. Period. This team has been prone to incompetent decision-makers in the front office and on the field for far too long, and it's created a losing, negative atmosphere. Players come here and suck after producing elsewhere, then leave and become productive again. Why? Absolutely unacceptable. The culture needs to change. Restore a winning tradition and hire people who are committed to winning and only winning. We need our owner to make that happen or find one who will, because, unfortunately, I don't have a billion dollars.
