Schefter: Ross wants Philbin, Ireland wants McCoy

This is becoming more comical everyday. As a long time Dolphin fan, it is really quite sad how far we have fallen and how dysfunctional we have become. I have no faith in either Ross or Ireland.

just go with philbin, at least we will have a better shot at Flynn, he might bring tom clements as OC, and he might pluck a few more guys from the packers staff and maybe we can become the packers south, I'm not crazy about any of these guys, I wanted Zimmer, but just go with philbin!!!
 
Is Ross the owner of this team or what? Put on the damn big boy pants and put Ireland in his place!
 
I just don't get how all of this information seems to be so readily available to the media!! And not just the local Media, to Adam Schefter of all people. Is there a mole in Davie?
 
I like Schefter but it sounds like speculation on his part.
 
It might be Ross's team, However, if you put your faith in Jeff ireland, and we have no reason to think that he hasn't, then you let jeff pick his coach and go from there.
 
What kind of idiotic leaks are coming out of the building? This should never have gotten out.
 
Considering it's Ross' signature on Ireland's paycheck every week, I'm pretty sure Philbin will be our next coach. But its the Dolphins, so I won't be surprised no matter what happens.
