There is one guy out there, who has a good track record, who respects Joe Philbin, who would happily accept the situation here and chock full of good experience, who drafts character over talent. In other words, he wouldnt draft Dez Bryant.

His name is Bill Polian.

The enchantment for a seventy one year old washed up carcass with dementia and golden hair amazes me. Yes, he had the good fortune to pick Peyton Manning with the first pick of the draft in 1998, but even a blind pig can sniff out a forest truffle.
