Henderson is vulnerable to players with a good bullrush. Despite his huge size he's not that confident in his anchor because when he loses his technique it's invariable that he gets his weight too far over his feet, which leaves him susceptible to counter moves where he can be pulled forward and discarded.
Wake might be a Lamar Houston-esque mauler but what he is is 250 pounds of muscle with cleats at the bottom that has a great bullrush for his size, and if I was him I'd spend the early part of the game getting under Henderson's pads and therefore his skin. That will leave the counters open to him later on.
On the other hand I think Cody Glenn is not a good matchup for Olivier Vernon. Glenn is a mountain who has more seasoning that Henderson, and Vernon isn't the kind of physical dynamo that Wake is. The best move for Vernon will be what has become a reasonably good spin move, which should be effective if he's judicious with it and spends enough time trying (in vain it will mostly be) to attack Glenn's outside shoulder.
The main weakness on the Bills offensive line are their guards, who are both mediocre at best. Their LG, Chris Williams, a former #14 overall LT bust for the Bears, is actually a sub mediocrity who is way too high cut to be an effective guard.
