From trading up to get Jordan ,then not playing him. The Martin mess, Getting rid of Karlos Dansby,. Yet we still have a chance to go to the playoffs,win 1of 2 ,yet we could out flat for both games and score 7 points in 2 games. They all need to go .
 
Those players better hope Philbin doesn't overhear any of this talk...he doesn't want anyone on this team that doesn't look at him like he's some sort of God that can do no wrong. This team would have won at least 1 more game with either Bush, Long, Marshall, or Davis.

I would get no satisfaction from seeing Sherman gone. There are others deserving to go as well, and simply getting rid of Sherman is far too little.
 
For what it's worth I heard a rumor that Sherman has semi-openly been discussing his retirement for some time now.

Interesting though that I want Gary Kubiak to be our new OC and Kubiak and Sherman are apparently very good friends. Possible arrangement in which Sherman retires and convinces Kubiak to keep his son-in-law on as QB coach? Would that even be a good thing?

One thing you forget is money trumps all...and Ross will throw a ton of cash at a OC to get him to come here.
