Sense among players is Mike Sherman Should be Gone

Here is what I will KEEP harping on over the next few days: IF you want to get rid of Sherman, but keep Philbin, who the hell is going to want that job? Joe enters next year on the hot seat. The OC job could be one and done (see Brian Daboll). My point is you are not going to be able to hire a difference maker at OC.

Sooooo, you either keep Sherman OR you fire Joe and start over.

HAyden,

I really enjoyed reading your synopsis of the Jets game. I think you are bang on the money!

As for the Joe/Sherman debate - I believe both have to go. 1. The offensive play calling has been so timid, never going for the jugular. We lost so many close games down to this. 2. The whole locker room scandal should never have happened, period, and I really think that damaged our season. The locker room belongs to Philbin.

Are you on Twitter?

Cheers from the UK :-)

I'd like to see Tannehill separated from Sherman.

BTW, my favorite Tannehill tendency is bail out right after sensing pressure and wing it into the opponents' bench. Geno Smith obviously studied that on tape and knew exactly where to stand. He even celebrated when he caught the pass.

It´s pretty obvious that Sherman is gone. for the sake of tannehill it´s important to let another younger OC come to Miami.

Shermin is in his 50's. He is in the prime of his coaching years. The problem is that he cannot coach or design an effective game plan, or adjustments for that matter.
He was a terrible pick for OC by....Jeff Ireland. It all comes back to the architect of this cluster ****.
