Yet people wanna compare their areas with down here . . . its a different world in South Florida, and that can only be stressed by living down here. Coming here on short trips to watch the Fins isn't the same as living here. I always laugh when we have a home game and CBS shows pictures of South Beach. That can't even describe where the stadium is . . . they literally must just send a camera guy to South Beach just to show pictures on TV, yet South Beach is over half an hour away.
When you start driving in Miami and you start seeing signs that say "We Speak English" . . . you'll understand this isn't Green Bay, or Kansas City, or whatever city people wanna mention.
LMAO. I think of the same thing. Sun Life isn't even in Miami it's more closer to Hialeah than it is Miami. Should just rename it the Hialeah Dolphins and probably send a camera guy to Cuba and show scenery of Cuba.
Only teams that should show South Beach viewings would be the Heat (since they're like right there at South Beach) and now the Marlins since the Marlins would actually be near Downtown Miami.
You all can get mad/worked up over the fans but the fact remains the location and price costs of the stadium does not appeal the fans, not to mention they sit in an oven at a 1 PM game which is not fun either.
I'm going to Monday Night's game and then I plan on going to another game this season, not sure which yet, but that's all I can afford and I live down here. There's plenty of fans just like me that can only go to one game or two a season.
But hey, if you all want to start paying my high bills and everyone else' as well, we'll start showing up more. You guys don't have a damn clue how it is to live in this city, you all just ***** from where ever the hell you're from and act like the Dolphins are on some sort of top priority that every Miami citizen must do. It'll become a priority when they start winning again, but not when they give us ****. Just not a smart investment. Cost of living in Miami is much higher than most of Florida and probably one of the highest in the country. I've posted on this site before that when I do have the money I'd get the **** out of Miami. Love the city, but way too expensive to make it my permanent home.
Just as an example, my aunt who is an Ocala, FL citizen has a much bigger house plus a very spacious backyard than I do, and her bills are still about 300.00 less than what I pay. No joke.
