... that are accepting poor performances from the players and coaches on this team. That is exactly what you are doing when you put all the blame on one player. You are absolving the other 52 players and the coaching staff of their share of the responsibility for the loss. You are accepting mediocrity.

Unlike so many on this site, I get pissed at ALL of the players that don't play well. It is amazing that so many seem fine with crappy play from so many.

I'll give Wallace credit for a solid game. Grimes made a few plays. Nobody else played well. It drives me crazy to see opposing WRs running free through the defense. Watkins must have had 6 or 7 catches with no defender anywhere near. They made a below average QB look like a probowl QB. Special teams were not very special.

You guys are kidding yourselves if you think this performance was a QB away from being competitive in this game. That doesn't excuse Tannehill for his part but I want the whole team to play well. Shame on those that don't want the same.

I blame Parcells.

Welcome to finheaven where the rules are made up and this season ends after two weeks.

Well said. It was a loss on numerous very distressing fronts. Back to the drawing board.

The sad thing is that the douche bags on the site ruin a place where FANS of a team can discuss their favorite team. I highly encourage the mods to create a Tannehaters forum where the haters can get together in a circle jerk and get their collective rocks off by bashing Tannehill.

While that all may be true, one thing is for certain, the quarterback gives the rest of the team no margin for error.

No team is perfect, but great quarterback play helps close the gap. And Tannehill is a far cry from great. He's the epitome of mediocre.

You're running out of scapegoats for this QB. And you know it.

While the above circle jerk to Tannehill doing no wrong. Or just playing piss poor for a franchise QB.

I will say this, he's loyal. Borderline hypocritical.

He's having to much fun getting off to Wallace failing, and putting all the blame of Tannehill lack of success on others.

I'm not on the get rid of Tannehill train YET but the bold is very true yet some people don't understand or don't want to understand it. Some of us have been blinded and believe that with a marginal QB we still can be a decent team. Eventually you will run into a team(s) that fares well against marginal QB's and its either up to the coaches or the QB to do something about it.

You're right but a lot of us were expecting some drastic improvements from
Tannehill in his third year, so seeing him underperform takes the attention off
of Wheeler!

I think most realize that it was a combination of Buffalo coming out sky high and punching Miami in the mouth and the Dolphins being unprepared and unable to retaliate to the initial punch. The problem is that it has become increasingly obvious that we are heading back to square 1 in trying to find a franchise QB and people are tired of being disappointed and frustrated at starting over yet again.
