I liked the Smith signing and I'm surprised he didn't have a larger impact on the team. But then again Philbin insisted on playing Dallas so who knows what he was really worth. That number was way too high for the production we got.

Hopefully that means we are close to a deal with a free agent... I'm hoping for Steven Wisneiwski (sp?) or Clint Boling to fill the guard spot. Could also be trying to free up room to pay a free agent at a position other than guard also (Ron Parker?).

The Suh signing and cuts so far has me anxious/excited about this offseason. Hopefully more good moves to come

He looked like complete stiff getting blown by like he wasn't even there on a lot of pass plays. Agree w you - waste of a roster spot.
