Those 2 didn't call draw plays after a sack on 1st down. They also didn't line up in a 5 WR set on 3rd&1. They also didn't NOT call QB sneaks on 3rd and inches.

I don't personally think that we need to clean house. Cleaning house could set us back and I don't want to do that.
I think Philbin and Ireland need another year for sure. You can directly blame our last few losses to the lack of offense.
After next year, there are no more excuses. But, you can't blame Ireland for a lack of talent. We have some good guys.
He has made some good choices (Charles Clay, Brent Grimes, Getting rid of Long and Davis) and making some bad decisions (Getting rid of Bush and trading up for Dion Jordan).

I don't understand what it is with people and the love/hate with Ireland.

When we started off 3-0 everyone wanted to say what a good job he has done and lock him up for a few more years.
Then we lose our next 3 and it's like FIRELAND!!!
