Get rid of Philbin... please! No top GM candidate will want to be stuck with him and his lame "system". Evidently Ross didn't learn from his prior mistake of firing Sparano but keeping Ireland. Unfortunately, Ross is the one who picked Philbin, so we'll end up with another crappy GM.

If the GM comes from the GB Tree, then Philbin is safe - and for a while.
A Pioli or a Peterson would fire him very fast. Curious to see what kind of job security was given to Philbin
