Sherman gone Monday, Ireland Tuesday....today is Wednesday

I just hope Ross doesn't go all out #tbt tomorrow and replace Philbin with Wannstache


Ps. I hate myself for having typed #tbt... just wanted that to be known
 
I really liked Coyle, and thought he did a great job with our DBs. But it seems like he should go as well, even though Ireland pinned him with two LBs that severely under performed in the all facets, the way we gave up big drives late in games in inexcusable. Zac Taylor and Jim Turner are hopefully the only guys let go today, and we'll let our new GM bring a DC with him.
 
Ross removed the two biggest obstacles of moving forward for the team.Both Ireland and Sherman were holding the team back.Ross will hire a new GM and the new GM will evaluate and make suggestions to Ross on Philbin.

The fact that Shula has given props to Philbin holds weight with Ross. Philbin should survive this no problem.The New GM will also evaluate all other coaches on the team IMO.

I have a buddy who's convinced Marino takes on an Elway type role with the team, Philbin will be fired and Marino is bringing in Cowher. Poor guy
