Should the Dolphins Trade Brandon Marshall ?

Doesn't take a 16 year old to figure how dumb it would be to trade your best player on offense still in his prime....

NO to trading marshall. he is our best playmaker on offense, and without him, we have zero playmakers at the wr core. ZERO.

The guy is a top 5 talent in the nfl, and with a guy like manning in here or something, he can become the best wr in the nfl.

Also, in that article, one of the dumber ideas is trading him and our 8th overall pick for the rams 2nd overall pick and taking griffin.

dont get me wrong, id take a shot at griffin, but griffin will not be successful throwing to bess and hartline as his top wrs.

Precisely. It's the FO's fault for not doing all they can to get a franchise QB. Marshall's opinions weren't untrue by any means

Ya, and I'm pretty sure that Ireland also said that they need to upgrade the QB position as well in interviews. I don't understand what the love is for Moore. Moore didn't make Marshall look good, Marshall made Moore look good. We need a QB who makes is receivers better, not the other way around.

Is Flynn the answer? I don't know. That's up to Philbin as he will be the one hitching his wagon to him. If he's fine with him than so am I. If not I have a feeling you will see a big push for them to sign Manning. If neither of those happen look to Weeden (personal fav) or Tennenhill in the draft. Why is this so hard to figure out?

If we can get anything resembling value, I'm all for trading him.

I realize that most disagree with that opinion, largely because of the pro bowl. I just hope Ireland looks at the big picture if a opportunity to move him comes up.

Wasn't this a conversation in another thread? It would be beyond stupid to trade him and just as stupid saying Marshall took a shot at our QB situation. Again he was being humble!

We knew what we were getting when we traded for him - a very talented diva receiver with baggage. I will take that any day over trying to pretend that Chris Chambers or Ted Ginn were true #1 receivers that opposing defenses spent any time worrying about.

Also, don't forget it was Marshall that got in Vontae Davis' face for showing up to practice hungover, and really started the players holding each other accountable ( in the absence of any real coaching). It was soon after that that they started winning games.

If we could get fair value Im all for trading Marshall because sooner or later you know he is getting suspended, arrested or stabbed for beating up wife again. That being said we are not building a choir and Im not for giving anybody away

i would, he's a cancer. Worthless in big games. And he's a fli]c]k up pure n' simple. Cost Saprano his job trading for him.

Only if it's for a quarterback.
....what he said. Beat me to it. I'm not trading the best Dolphin WR in....well it's been so long that I forget. That's the only position I'd trade him for, and we all know that's not happening either, unless there was somehow a dream scenario where the Colts wanted him and was willing to give up the #1 overall pick.

But like I said, not happening.
