the whole jason taylor sig thing freaks me out, im sure you made some good points, but i cant get past it

there is over 90% or more of the nfl that cant get by JT if you know what i mean:evil: lmao :rofl3:

ah my mom is moving to woodbridge...and i used to work by trenton and hamilton

if we get a chance at a franchise type LT i think we have to go with it. even if stockar resigns with us and carey played well at LT. i think h.h. can find a way to get the 5 best lineman on the field.

i picked BPA, because while we need a QB, if we can't get the one we want, i wouldn't mind taking one of those great LT prospects. next, i really really like Mike Degory as a C from Florida. he might be a 2nd rounder.

unless McDougal kicks some serious ***, he's gone after this year, and the Carey at RT project could resume. then again, jeno james isn't locked in either. carey could take over at LG if he's cut.

i think a C in the second or third round would be nice. I just can't envision seth mcinney turning into a solid, reliable starting center. It's gonna hurt to have to pass up on guys like dbrick and others if they're there when we are picking, but as of right now we have no youth at qb (except for berlin who i doubt will pan out into a starter) and even if feeley does alright he will be like 29 for the 2006 season- we need a first round qb to complete the rebuilding process IMO.

...the jt sig freaks me out too, and im sure if i saw it for the first time i wouldnt be able to get past it either

...i rooting for cb or dt in the first, unless we have a chance at a cant miss qb. i dont think the need for a lineman is there
i agree.. i really like Jimmy Williams from Virginia Tech at CB. There is no real need for a lineman unless we are fortunate enough to have a low pick and someone falls to us.

I wasn't directing the TOS comment to you -- I was directing it to the others who couldn't discuss your comments for discussing your sig.

I think we need to see how this year plays out before planning for the 2006 draft. There are so many things that could happen on our team and in college that could change our plans in a second. Say that AJ doesn't improve and obviously Gus isn't the long term answer. If Leinhart, Jacobs or maybe Whitehurst is where we draft then we should grab them. Say though Feeley plays decent and Carey stinks a LT, then we should definitely go for one of the big name tackles. Now say AJ improves and Carey shows some stuff at LT. Then our most glaring need would be DT and possibly CB. Thats just the way I look at it though.

Im with you.
