Isn't that the Hee Haw dude on your avatar? I might be mistaken...yes/no?

I started this same thread 2 days ago. The only back left that I like is Tate but most people on here feel we should wait for the draft. I'm ok waiting IF we fill some more holes on the o-line but so far we've only gotten Albert. If we're using the draft for nothing but o-line then we must plug other holes with free agency and RB could be one of them.

Ozzy rules!!

Offer Ben Tate a one-year deal, and dump Daniel Thomas. Tate gets a chance to be a workhorse for a year and go into FA next year with a shot at a better contract. Then draft someone in the 2nd or 3rd round. Or wait until the 5th and take Kadeem Carey, I know he's not fast, but I like his vision and toughness, and his running style reminds me of Marshawn Lynch a little in that the first guy never takes him down.

I'm not overly worried about the RB situation, we will be just another team that goes RB by committee like 80% of the league.

I'm more of the opinion of waiting to see what the draft holds and if you don't get someone that is that great, then there will be plenty of decent RB's cut or left-over after the draft to pick up that would be more productive than what we have. We will overpay greatly if we try to get someone now. Let the market keep coming down, as not many teams are willing to pay vets vs. draft rookies.

Prefer to draft one, but at this rate likely we'll need all our picks for the OL, so a cheap vet would probably be the smartest plan.
