SI: Miami's Mike Pouncey served grand jury subpoena in Massachusetts

If Failbin had a sack he would have made Pouncey buy a ticket on Jet Blue home!
 
We should be thankful that they waited until after the game to hand the subpoena, they could have done it as he entered the stadium to mess with his head.

He is? Where does it say that? They might just want Mike as a witness to put Aaron away, didn't see where it says he is a criminal himself.
 
He was served a subpoena as a witness he has not been charged with anything. Lighten up.

Ok yeah Pouncey and his Free Hernandez hat are just a innocent witness! How many of Hernandez former teammates are caught up in this? Wearing that hat?

I wonder whether this means that the authorities approached Pouncey to go on the record about Hernandez and he refused, so now they're going to compel him to answer questions under oath.
