Philbjn deserves to finish the job. As he said his first year, he's also learning as a coach.

I do wish he wouldn't hold allegiances to guys like Mike Sherman.

Ireland though has had 6 years. Enough with that guy.

I really think philbin and coyle should stay. Sherman and Ireland need to go ASAP. Sherman because he has zero clue about making adjustments in game. He got completely smoked the last two weeks of the season. Ireland because the personnel decisions have not lead to winning seasons.

If everything stays as is then I am done with this team until big time changes are made. I know MANY other Dolphin fans who feel the same exact way. Ross will see an empty stadium next season if he doesn't do something.

Coaching will kill you and we have the 3rd, maybe even 4th best staff in our own division.

i dont think so , if Ross thought it was bad this year of not selling tickets to games , if he lets everybody stay ,the only Tickets he will be selling will be from the team Miami is playing because you can bank that no Fans of the Dolphins will be at the game plus nobody will be renewing there season tickets , so if thats what he wants than let it be , but i just dont think so , just give Ross time , hes always a little slow at everything.
