Great show in my opinion. Some interesting things I got from this episode:
1. Dawn Aponte is a shrewd negotiator and obviously stood her ground in the Tannehill talks. They showed Philbin talking on the phone with Aponte and she said that she told Tannehill that if he didn't sign then he wouldn't be a Dolphin and would have to renter the draft next year. Obviously this just all part of back and forth mind tricks by the people involved and I am sure this goes on in every city. If you could pick one villain from tonight's episode, I would say you go with Aponte.
2. Ireland isn't built for TV, but overall came across decent in this episode. He was not the nasty incompetent person people paint him as. I thought he handled the release of Derek Dennis pretty good. He was also very vocal about how frustrated he was that Tannehill wasn't in camp. Said something along the lines of "I just want him here."
3. Les Brown is even a bigger longshot than I originally thought. Great work ethic, but he is really struggling.
4. John Jerry said to the one coach at the end of the episode that he was in the 360s.
5. The coaches are not happy the Vontae. Philbin complained that he had to use the bathroom during the 75 minute afternoon walk through. They are really encouraging him and keep telling him can be great if he just puts more into it.
6. The coaches and players are impressed with Tannehill. Garrard even called him "The people's choice".
7. Joe Philbin continues to impress me. He seems like a great guy, but we got to see tonight that he is in complete control and not afraid to yell and take charge. After Chad Johnson's press conference where he dropped 7 f-bombs, Philbin pulled him aside and politely told him how unacceptable his actions were. He probably had the best line of the episode after he went into the quarterbacks meeting to tell them the QB rankings on the depth chart. Then he finished by talking about how great the training camp schedule was with the day off. He stood up from the table, walked to the door and said he needed to leave to end on a high note like George Costanza.
Actually I think the reason he looks like he is having a great camp, is because he is in fact having a great camp.Hard Knocks made it appear Ryan Tannehill was looking great in camp.

I liked how Philbin spoke. I did though find Jake Long's 20 second cussing tirade to be the greatest part of the episode. I dug his fire he had about the OL underperforming.
