So tired of reading on here about how we are good at WR and we need OL with the top picks of the draft. I don't argue with the fact our OL sucked last year.
However I'm tired of us frafting OL, LB, and DB's with 90% of our picks. Where has that got us? I'm tired of mediocrity. I want the days of Marino and Shula back where teams feared out passing game. This league has evolved into a passing league. I want some excite back.

Now is the time. Players like Evans or Watkins don't come around too often. We can build our OL later in the draft or through FA after the draft when players start getting cut. We can get bye, but in the meantime we have another threat at WR to pair with Wallace. Nobody is afraid of Hartline or Gibson taking it to the house.

We need to put points on the scoreboard. We need TD's.

Translation: I hope Tannehill gets murdered again so that he can't even get the ball to his shiny new toys

I agree with you however we have far more pressing needs. Oline can't be ignored we can have great weapons don't matter if we don't have a line

We can upgrade that later. We need the next Fitzgerald, Megatron. They don't come around very year. OL we can get later.

Drafting a touted receiver is no different than drafting a touted lineman or running back. Larry Fitzgerald, Calvin Johnson, Brandon Marshall and Andre Johnson have a combined one Super Bowl appearance and less than five playoff victories.

I agree the oline needs to addressed but to have a guy like Evans or Watkins would be awesome.. Evans can line up as wideout or TE.. who ever lands that guy will see an immediate up grade.

the last thing this team needs is another WR....go around the NFL and count how many teams have a better group of WRs..not many do..and also dont forget how Wallace would of easily led the league in yards and TDs if his QB could hit him on deep balls...WRs never have and never will win Super Bowls

So if another wr is drafted who loses their job? Or do you plan on having 11 wrs on the field at once?

Im tired of reading on here about how we are good at QB. Im also tired of drafting cornfed. There is plenty of decent corn to be had in later rounds. There was plenty of adequate corn to go around in FA as well. The wise thing to do wouldve been signing several guys at lower contracts than spending it all on LT. Good luck building a line that way.

Im tired of mediocrity as well. And you are correct, its a passing league. In order to pass the ball more effectively, it isnt a WR we need, its a QB who can deliver the ball downfield to guys who we already have that are wide open.

You mean like how Matt Ryan did last year?

Dude are you kidding me, it is not the last thing we need. There are many many teams that have better receivers.
Off of the top of my head:
Chicago
Giants
Houston
GB
Den
ATL
CLE
DET
ARZ
Phil

In fact there are more teams that do have better WR's then don't.

I'm tired of seeing people that obviously don't know anything about football post absolute garbage :bobdole:
