Some players want Sherman out

This is the problem with the local sports writers, they get to COLOR public opinion and what gets used by the national media.

How is what Ross did by trying to hire Harbaugh a problem exactly?

It would have been the right hire but the guy did not want to leave CA.

The cl0wn with the local press made it out to be a joke when there was nothing funny or WRONG about what Ross did -

OR

what Ireland did either at that point.

The only reason it got such negative press is because the idi0t in the local press ridiculed it and passed it off that way, which is the way he spins every single thing that the Dolphins EVER do

Nope, I disagree dude. It is that Ross cant get his man. Lost everyones respect when he signed Tony to a extension, just as he recently did with Ireland. And Jeff Ireland is universally loathed as a GM in the NFL. His track record speaks for itself. Unfortunately Ross does not have the Balls to kick his Ginger ass to the curb.

This team is a disaster, I changed my mind, clean everyone out....I have never seen a pro team have so many leaked internal issues in my life.....It's got to be coming from Ireland and Philbin or Aponte trying to gain power or keep their jobs...this is madness, thank God no one cares what's going on in Miami or we would be the laughing stock of the league.....The Brown's and the Raiders don't have this type of dissension in the building

Psssssssst...... Don't look now..... But we already are and have been for quite some time

It got negative press because it was a idiotic thing to do or at least get caught doing......the coaches have a fraternity they will not publicly lobby for a job that is not open....so lets look at what Ross did

1. Meet with Tony at the end of season and told him we will retain you, since this is your last yr of the contract we will extend it one yr so you will not be a lame duck coach
2. Then gets on a plane with Ireland and flies to California to stop Harbaug from signing a contract with the 49ers when everyone new that was the only place he would coach in the NFL
3. Harbaug told them he wouldn't interview or listen to any offers for a position that is already filled and by the way I wouldn't be interested anyway
4. word leaks out and now his HC and the coaching fraternity knows that Ross just stuck a knife in Tony's back that was given to him by Ireland
5. Tony is pissed so they meet with him and offer him more money on the contract he signed two weeks earlier
6. Everyone including Tony understands its playoffs or he is fired and his starting QB is Henne

What established HC would want to work for this type of guy? this is why we will only get first time HC who will accept the position as HC in Miami

Which players? Were Cog and Martin the one's asked? Or was it Egnew and maybe a couple of payers who were cut? LOL

McKinnie or Cogs for sure. Or maybe Cog's dad. What a ****ing disaster that o-line was and it just keeps kicking us in the nuts even after the season has ended.

Unfortunately when you run a biz you have to take all things into account. You can not just fire or make split second decisions.
Ross has thrown millions away, this is not monopoly money or a hobby.

Or, maybe one of the players was Pat Devlin or Dallas Thomas. These articles are silly but funny.

Absolutely not true, when you run a business you must make split second decisions. The problem Ross has here is being a fan, and not an owner.
