Some Sunday Dolphin nuggets from Barry J

Blount is a 3rd down back. a redzone threat.. Far superior to Moreno.. I'll take Blount all day long over Moreno and Blount will prove it in Pittsburg.. I'm glad we have another small RB.. It makes sense.. :boohoo:

I would have preferred Blount, who signed a 2 year under $4M deal but, am OK with Moreno

Moreno is a much needed pick up simply in terms of pass pro. Solid.

He gave up one sack with all the times they were passing in Denver. That's pretty impressive. Our backs gave up 6 or 7 I believe.
Over 500 yards receiving as well.
Guess we know who will be on the field come 3rd down.

Ross, sign Marino. Just get over with already, not sure why he is stalling.

This is funny. At first read, I saw signing Moreno instead of Marino, and was wondering what Daytona was drinking today. lol

Are you focused on March Madness, and not reading posts on your thread?

By the way, as the guy from China once said, "Rots a Ruck on your Erection." lol

Blount was a big problem child in school and then in college and then traded away for a cheese sandwich by Tampa Bay and now not re-signed by New England after some excellent performances. Why does nobody want him when his talent is obvious?
After the never ending drama from Incognito and the Bullygate saga, it's pretty obvious that we don't have an appetite for high maintenance problem players with talent. I support Hickey's decision to sign a high character guy like Knowshon Moreno who has overcome adversity to make it to the NFL.

Yeah, he only caught 2 of 3 passes for 38 yards. I was looking more for a RB who can run, and pick up first downs so guys like Wallace, Hartline, Clay, and Matthews would have more opportunities to shine as receivers. Make sense?

A lot of us wanted Blount for the inside outside thunder and lightning aspect when you combine his skill set with Millers.
I'm good the way it turned out. Moreno is a quality player and person as well.

Did Moreno **** in your pancakes at school when you were kids or something?

They r prob having issues working things out around Marino's golfing schedule!!!

You may be right. I've played that course at Westen where Danny boy lives. It's a bitch.

Lol fact is Moreno is a better fit for this offense not Blount.

Trust me, what went away in a day, lingers for a week. You go from every weekend to 1 a month, to once every other month etc.... Sucks gettin old. Soon the recovery just isn't worth it and you stop. I could hang with the best of em, 20 years ago. Now, not so much. :-( Drink it while you still can...
