Something brewing with JT?

We need JT in an executive role... JT along with Marino possess more leadership qualities in their STOOLS than the organization has seen at executive levels in the past 5 years. JT won't roll with these clueless fools like Ross has been all too willing to do over the years.
 
It doesn't matter. You can have as many famous ex-players as you want having some nebulous role within the organization, and that's fine. It's great that Ross is getting some advice from guys who care and maybe know a thing or two about football.

But we're still stuck with 13 games of Joe Philbin, Ryan Tannehill, and the rest of these clowns. So what is JT going to do for us now? Unless you told me that Joe Philbin is getting canned and JT is going to become the interim coach, I just don't care.

And before you tell me that bringing in some random former player to be the new coach would be a total disaster, answer this for me: what does Joe Philbin actually do? Kevin Coyle runs the defense. Rizzi runs special teams. Lazor has full control of the offense. What does Joe Philbin actually do, besides mismanage the game?

So, yeah. Unless you're going to make some insane move like that, I just don't care. Whoop dee doo, another guy to whisper in Ross's ear that the football team sucks.
 
Would love to see JT in some sort of role, but great players don't necessarily make great coaches
 
He will probably pay him to sing at halftime of last home game to sell more hotdogs that night. magoo is clueless regarding team ownership.

I ALMOST feel bad for Ross. He deluded himself into believing Philbin was some kind of savant... Well, he isn't even an idiot savant, he's just an idiot.
 
I don't have a clue if either can coach, but let's let Dan run the offense and JT the defense. It should be interesting to watch.

Dumb comment dude. All I see in that vid is an owner who's upset and cares. Ok, maybe he doesn't know much about running the team but at least he's not Jerry Jones who does it in spite of himself. He's starting to hire the right people now, give it time, Ross is a smart man who will get it right. But to say he's a clown??? Grow up dude
 
I think JT is smarter than the average player...He has an Elway feel to me. I can see future GM in him. Dan not so much, more of lets sell some tickets type guy.

Completely agree. JT has always come off as very astute.
