Sounds like McCoy is probably the guy

With Toub out, Zimmer is my favorite of who is left. Honestly though I might take McCoy over guys like Philbin and Carmichael.

Wow, only reason he is getting the attention is because his QB sucked bad enough to change the Offence for him.

I'm ok with whoever they hire....NOBODY here knows how good or bad the new HC will do.......being the HC is not about calling the plays on offence....is about getting guys ready to play, getting the best out of the players you have.Maybe he can do that with us. For the people that thinks he'd be boring. He had Tebow who I root for as a Christian bvut he's no Dan Marino so what do you guys want, for him to call pass plays down the field all game long?

Right now I like McCoy over Zimmer. He's young, adjusts well to different situations and he commands the team. Watching his interviews on the broncos sites shows he can deal with media.
 
give me zimmer a leader of men, were so obsessed with finding an offensive guru, good luck with the next cam cameron

His offense stunk even before Tebow was the QB. So its not about Tebow, its about his play calling in general.
 
like always, lets talk about how bad a guy will play before he even plays a down in the NFL.....well, is the same with coaching....he hasn't even been hired yet and people are ready to jump ship....lol

I could live with him. He is young at 39 years old and buzz has been growing around him the past years. He had to redo his offensive plan when the switched from Orton to Tebow. He is not sexy hire and he won't be real popular, but it could work. My bet is Bowles would remain on as Defensive Coordinator. We all need to remember that McCarthey was in charge on the 32nd ranked offense when he got the Packers job. Sometimes those rankings don't mean much.
 
Not thrilled with what he did with Orton, not impressed by the pop warner formation accommodations to Tebow. He could be more impressive than his obvious work product. Presumably he's gone into depth sharing his philosophies and plans not only with Ross and Ireland but also with Carl. If we hire him, hope there's more substance than at first blush,, but all in all, I'd much prefer Zimmer.
 
Interesting. He's the closest thing to a "young Don Shula" that we've interviewed. But that's not saying much. There are so many ?'s, but I'm intrigued. I guess promote Bowles to DC? I don't think McCoy's been around long enough to assemble a top coaching staff on his own.
