We're in better shape than the team that finished 1-15. Awesome, that just made me feel a whole lot better. So we suck dick, but we just don't suck a big enough dick to land the one player who can turn this whole thing around for the next 10+ years. What happened to all of this preseason talk of playoffs, 10 win seasons, top 5 defense, best corner tandem in the league, Sparano & Henne, and a whole laundry list of BS? Where is all of that now? All I see is clowns at just about every level, and we absolutely deserve to be 0-4 right now. We'll be 0-5 actually.

OK, it is easy to speak on matters that have already happened so congrats on being able to walk outside and doing a weather forecast. Based on what happened last year, there was reason to beleive our defense would be good and even better than last year. We brought in a new Offensive Coordinator to hopefully open things up. It hasn't happened as planned. Take a look around the league, this has happened to a lot of teams.

So my statement was not to make anyone feel better, it was to point out that as a team, we are better off than we were in 2007 when a complete make over was required. Feel better soon.

Number 1 reason we have sucked so bad is terrible QB play. Chad Pennington comes in and gives us 1 year and throws 20 TD's to 9 ints and we make the playoffs. That team had very little talent on all levels, and still won a division. It IS all about the QB play, the rest of the team absolutely feeds off of good play and gets dragged down by mediocre-poor play. Anyone who does not understand this, hasn't been watching the NFL recently. This "regime" hung it's hat on Henne and HE FAILED BIG TIME!

We won because of a weak schedule, a gimmick offense, and the best 4th Qtr Defense in the league....Not 21 points a game. Penny was 0-4 in his last 4 starts with a QB rating in the 40's. The Wildcat was created because of Penny's inability to do squat. What continues to plaugue this team and should be obvious to people not looking to place the blame on 1 person is besides Jake Long our O-Line has sucked over the last 3 years, and we keep putting in interchangable cast offs, and broken down has beens and expect quality QB play and a consistant running game. That and we have been horribly out coached, especially after half times. Now our D can't stop a nose bleed.....But ya, keep saying the QB is our main issue as more and more will go on IR because of the flood gates we have on the O-Line.
