Stadium Sponsor Update
Dec. 16th, 2003
The Miami Herald reports Wayne Huizenga said DHL Worldwide Express remains a possibility to buy stadium naming rights, but he doesn't expect a deal with any company anytime soon.

I used to work for DHL Worldwide Express here in Northern Virginia. I was laid off due to the company merging with Airborne Express and AEI Danzas. For those who don't know these are freight companies with similarities to FedEx and UPS. If you ask me, I don't want the name changed to DHL. What would it be called? DHL Worldwide Express Stadium? Talk about irony

It doesnt matter to me.. they can call it whatever they want.. wayne could get tampax to sponsor it.. just think..tampax stadium
but I still call it Joe Robbie Stadium

EWE!

Obviously you have never lived with a woman because if you had you would have used a little more courtesy than to place that image in my mind.

To top that my dog just farted....

Damn! :shakeno:

actually.. it might be a good idea for the dolphins.. wayne can have a big string attached to the roof of the stadium. when the dolphins start their usual december swoon, they can just pull the string.

maybe your should add fiber to your dog's diet, or perhaps some beano would be preferable.

PPS still has an agreement with Pro Player. The name - unfortunatly - was listed as an asset in bankruptcy proceedings. Renaming can only happen if ...the contracts expires, or a judge gives the OK to release the asset or if another company is willing to buy out the reminder of the contract.

I am not sure when the contract is over with but I think it could be 2004 or 2005.....

Now to the name....how about Viagra Stadium or Victoria's Secret Stadium..or Fruit of the Loom Stadium...or TITANS (condoms) Stadium....dam..there are so many whacko availabilities that DHL Stadium sounds attractive.

I still do not get why Wayne did not renamed it Blockbuster stadium since PP is history

wonder what happened to Carnival Cruises Stadium...
