start Sage Rosenfels!!!

That isnt made up watch the Ravens game last year he did throw a pick 6 and his arm strength was laughable.
he also threw a BOMB to CC that ended in a TD. it was the best offensive play of the year.

The Atlanta announcers are saying, "I'm not kissing up to the guy. But Sage Rosenfels out of Iowa State has looked better than the other two guys".

They also have mentioned when he's looked off the safeties and that he's shown a good command of what the Dolphins want to do on offense. Maybe last year's Baltimore game wasn't a fluke (where Sage showed MUCH more command than Feeley).

When he's played, Sage has generally shown good pocket presence. Has this been the case tonight??

Sage was playing against the same defense that AJ did

Sage has looked very good. It doesnt matter as much that he is playing against scrubs. He throws to good spots. He looks off safeties and doesnt stare down his receivers. IMO he has passed AJ.

I'm telling you, all the AJ backers use the excuse he needs time! Why can't that be the same for Sage? I have always liked him. Gus should start, but Sage should be # 2!

Sage Rosenfels was, is, and always will be a career backup. He's serviceable. Please let it die. I wish I could have found someone to bet me that some jagoff thread would be the most recent thread on this board. It makes me ill.

What game were you watching?? Sage had the strongest arm on the roster last year.

And you can't even begin to debate the offensive command he showed. Yeah he threw some picks. And he made mistakes. But it was his first career start. A.J. gets the benefit of that doubt. Why shouldn't Sage??

They're ALL backups. :(

How do you know? Has he ever gotten a real shot? Who do you think should start now? You cant say gus or aj are better because what would you be basing it on. Sage has had the best numbers by far this preseason

I think that is just the radio announcers trying to give the listening audience a clue of just how bad the other two looked. Sage, no matter where he has been, has always been missing something that the coaches need him to have. Now what that is, really is anyone's guess. IMO though, I think he deserves a shot.
