Sterling Sharpe has just said the Dolphins need to win out and

I read 3 papers today, that I purchased, the Dallas Morning News, the Fort Worth Star Telegram, the USA Today, and neither publication said, if Dolphins win out, they're in, and that they control they're own destiny.

Surely, you would believe Dan Marino, right?

Sterling (not so) Sharpe. Good ole Mush Mouth blabbing before he has the facts straight. No surprise here folks and I hope we clinch this weekend with a win and Cinci and Baltimore losses. Go Phins!

Rich Gannon showed us some Luv too, along with Marino, but was that Steve Beuerlein ? , he didn't.

'Hey Sterling, why the long face'?

smh, some people still don't understand the playoff scenario this late in the week? come on man, Ravens winning out means Miami gets in over the Bengals, if the Ravens win out the Bengals can't its impossible

There are a couple sticky threads on this topic which includes most scenarios. Every media outlet that exists, says Miami gets a wildcard at minimum if they win out. We can even capture the division. If you look at the win/loss records you'll see why. And as someone pointed out, teams who are playing each other cannot simultaneously win out. Someone has to take a loss.

So if the Panthers beat the Saints, the Cards tie Seattle, the Redskins forfeit, and we win both games we are in? I think that's the way it goes right?

I don't believe the tie would have an effect way or the other, but don't hold me to that.
