Yes, they are. The slope is on the lower level. The brackets you are looking at are in the upper deck where it is just new seats going in.

You can see here the new footings going in and the new slope of the lower bowl on the sidelines. The first row will now bump up right behind the benches on the sideline.

I hated the old seats. Not wide enough, or enough leg room for me (6'5 320 )
Fan comfort should also be considered.

No one loves the orange in our color scheme more than I do (yes, the orange jerseys are my all-time favorite and I say that proudly), but those seats are looking fresh! Much improved over the orange. Hopefully the stadium will look more full even when it's not...
